Receive a proactive analysis and diagnosis summarized in a protocol and the derivation of predictive recommendations by ZEISS experts remotely about the condition of certain mechanical and electronic components on your coordinate measuring machine.
Benefit from the planned Remote Health Check two times a year:
- As a preventive inspection of electrical and mechanical components on the coordinate measuring machine. Recommendations and protocols will then be sent to you afterwards.
- Shortly before maintenance to make the service more effective and to make your coordinate measuring machine available to use more quickly.

In the event of a failure, the device is repaired by ZEISS Smart Services Remote Service or the cause is identified in order to complete the on-site repair more effectively and quickly.
