Operatore e sistema di misura sono protetti da un sistema di sicurezza a più livelli. La potenza è limitata da azionamenti a frizione. In caso di collisione, la protezione da sovracorrente di tutti gli assi e le rotaie di deviazione del braccio Y arrestano immediatamente il sistema.

Flush floor installation

In the flush floor version, ZEISS CALNEO is optimally accessible and can be driven over with floor conveyors such as ZEISS eMOBEE. For all work on and with the measuring system, the floor-level version offers the best possible ergonomics and productivity - ideal for a high volume of measurements and tight time windows. A suitable foundation is required for installation.

ZEISS CALENO T tabletop design

The ZEISS CALENO T tabletop design generally requires no work on the foundation and is less expensive than the floor-level version - with the same outstanding precision and performance. With the tabletop design, the measuring table and measuring columns form an inherently rigid unit. This makes the measuring system less sensitive to the installation site. For this reason, ZEISS CALENEO T is ideally suited for subsequent installation and near the production line. With an optionally available air damping system, the system can also be decoupled from the foundation in the best possible way.

The new ZEISS CALENO T has been designed so that its improved Z-columns are compatible with the ZEISS PRO T measuring plate. By exchanging the column, a ZEISS PRO T can be converted to a ZEISS CALENO T with the latest ZEISS sensor technology. This gives you the most accurate and efficient ZEISS horizontal arm measuring system ever. The reason: the new Z-columns of the CALENO T provide higher rigidity, first-class temperature isolation as standard and minimized maintenance. And they are the future-proof basis for future further developments in swivel joints and sensor technology.

Nuova testa senza indexaggio DSC

Elevata dinamicità, eccellente precisione e accuratezza consentono alla DSC di eseguire varie operazioni di misura. Funziona con sensori sia ottici che a contatto, consente di lavorare con prolunghe di massimo 800 mm e vanta un'alta velocità di rotazione. Il caricatore di sonda passiva non richiede aria compressa né elettricità.
