Massimo contrasto

Negli scatti notturni con grandi differenze di luminosità le aberrazioni risultano particolarmente nette. Grazie alla straordinaria correzione dell’aberrazione cromatica laterale la facciata illuminata viene riprodotta in modo assolutamente perfetto.

Apochromat

Poiché gli Obiettivi ZEISS Otus sono apocromatici, le aberrazioni cromatiche (aberrazioni cromatiche assiali) vengono corrette utilizzando elementi realizzati in vetro speciale con dispersione parziale anomala. Le aberrazioni cromatiche sono quindi significativamente inferiori ai limiti definiti. Le transizioni chiaro-scuro nell'immagine, e in particolare le luci, vengono riprodotte quasi completamente prive di artefatti cromatici.

Ottica virtualmente priva di distorsioni

Prospettive drammatiche e uno sguardo da eccezionali angoli visuali – gli obiettivi di ZEISS offrono nuove possibilità creative. Una distorsione rovinerebbe la composizione, perché le linee dritte che non attraversano il centro dell’immagine diventerebbero curve. Questo effetto fastidioso viene bilanciato in modo ottimale attraverso strutture ottiche impegnative, con qualsiasi distanza focale.

Assenza di aloni colorati

Fonti di luce posizionate davanti o dietro al piano di messa a fuoco costituiscono sfide particolari per ogni obiettivo. Negli obiettivi ZEISS Otus, l’aberrazione cromatica longitudinale è a tal punto ridotta che praticamente non ci sono aloni colorati.

    Originariamente ideati per fotocamere SLR che richiedono una lunga distanza focale posteriore per brevi lunghezze focali a causa del box specchio (la distanza tra l'elemento della lente posteriore e il piano della pellicola deve essere considerevolmente più lunga della lunghezza focale), gli obiettivi Distagon (design retrofocus) sono perfetti anche per fotocamere con sistema mirrorless grazie al loro percorso del raggio ottimizzato. Messa a fuoco manuale con sistemi per fotocamere AF

Tecniche per una messa a fuoco accurata.

Obiettivi manuali ad alta precisione, schermi di messa a fuoco migliorati, un sistema AF ben allineato e la modalità Live View migliorano la precisione di messa a fuoco per la fotografia con ampia apertura. Lo spostamento della messa a fuoco deve essere gestito con attenzione per ottenere risultati riproducibili e, in situazioni di messa a fuoco critiche, si consiglia di utilizzare sequenze di bracketing finemente graduate.
